Advertising agency St.Luke’s has hired a PR consultant to promote the work of its creative department to the creative trade press, such as Creative Review. Freelance journalist Belinda Archer, a former news editor of Campaign, will advise the creative team for one day a week over the next three months, reporting to marketing director Juliet Soskice.
