Anne-Marie Rodriguez de Killeen has taken up the post of managing director of CCA, reporting to EU managing director Fiona Hall.

Hall said: ‘Her creative and innovative approach to brand communications, combined with her strong personal and organisational development skills, make her an ideal leader for our business.’

Rodriguez de Killeen replaces Jeff Smith (pictured), who left at the end of 2010. A spokesman for CCA would not comment on the circumstances of Smith’s departure, but said he 'made a valuable contribution to CCA and the wider company and has left to pursue other opportunities'.

Rodriguez de Killeen joined CCA at the end of 2009 as a PR consultant following several years as a member of the operational board of directors at Ogilvy Healthworld UK.
