News Corporation has deployed legal brute force against IMG to get control of The Daily name for its forthcoming tablet newspaper. At the present time IMG publishes The Daily Front Row, a fashion publication commonly known as The Daily.

The filing also provides official confirmation of some of the details around the forthcoming tablet-only newspaper, 'the first major tablet-only media outlet' ...
