US-based marketing firm Noise acquired by Engine Group

Engine Group has announced its acquisition of US-based marketing firm Noise.

The news comes after Engine established its US arm in February this year, appointing Martin Puris as CEO and John  Bernbach as COO.

Noise is based out of New York City, with an office in San Francisco, and specialises in targeting young adults between 18 and 34 within the consumer market. It currently employs 30 people.

Engine Group and Engine USA chairman, Peter Scott, said: 'The addition of Noise continues Engine’s strategic expansion in the USA.

'Noise has an outstanding track record in reaching the young adult market, and as part of Engine, we will now help Noise to apply their skills working for even more of the world’s biggest and most successful brands.'

The agency has worked with clients including; Coca-Cola, Panasonic and Chase cards.
