Hilton joined the agency four years ago as an account director from the Red Consultancy and has built Golin Harris' consumer business up from scratch over that time.

The division now accounts of 50 per cent of the agency's total revenue and has grown 30 per cent year-on-year during 2010.

Matt Neale, joint MD, commented: 'Bibi was the first hire I made at Golin Harris and she is without doubt, the brightest and most driven person I have ever worked with.

He added: 'Bibi has built an award-winning consumer practice in four years and is equally adept at running global FMCG campaigns as niche UK product launches. Part of Bibi's allure is her ability to understand consumers of from every walk of life; from the 2011 season at The Old Vic, to last night's X-factor, she has every cultural base covered. She is quite simply, world class"

The agency's key consumer clients Hilton looks after include Unilever, Kraft, Expedia and Wrigley's.
