British Airways has handed its consumer and business-to-business
account to Grayling Group after a four-way pitch. Grayling director
James Acheson-Gray will lead the account, which was previously held by
Hill and Knowlton.
Grayling’s remit is to raise awareness among corporate customers of BA’s
high-end products and services, including its Executive Club and new
beds in business class. BA reported a disappointing 1.5 per cent rise in
premium traffic for September. ’This is an important win for Grayling
here in Asia,’ said Acheson-Gray. BA is the largest foreign carrier into
Singapore, with a 67-year history in the city state.
