Global children’s brand the Lego Company has appointed Text 100 to
handle the launch of its new range of PC learning titles for
Text 100’s consumer technology PR team was appointed following a
non-competitive pitch, for an initial six-month programme in the UK.
The three-strong account team, led by associate director Simi Belo, will
work on a Northern European brief to establish the Lego My World
Learning range as leading products offering early years skills through
fun activities and to raise awareness of Lego’s children’s video games,
due for launch this year.
Reporting to The Lego Company European PR manager Danielle Hainauer,
Text 100 will help launch two titles in October: My World First Steps
and My World School Skills.
There are also four games titles due in the autumn - Lego Alpha Team,
Lego Stunt Rally, Lego Racers and Lego Creator System: Knight’s Kingdom
- for which Text 100 will be handling the launches.
