The agency will concentrate efforts around the four UK-based spa resorts and seven town and city spas. It will use celebrity endorsements to position the brand as aspirational.
CEO Alan Edwards will lead the account, reporting to Champneys’ owner Stephen Purdew and group PR manager Sharon Scott.
‘The Champneys brand has been established for many years and we’ve built ourselves into a very strong position over this time,’ said Scott.
‘Through our new partnership with The Outside Organisation, we’re looking to raise further awareness of our offering to existing and new consumers through celebrity endorsements as well as build strong partnerships with like-minded luxury brands,’ she added.
