acquisition would have moved Kaizo from number 38 to 33 in PR Week’s

last Top 150 with fee income of pounds 3,300,000.

The Practice’s clients transfer to Kaizo, along with the company’s five

staff. ’The most important thing they bring is people of the right

attitude,’ said Crispin Manners, CEO of Kaizo’s parent, The Argyll

Consultancies.

The Practice’s clients include the business equipment division of NEC UK

and professional services clients such as the architect and designer

Aukett, plus Gleeds, a quantity surveyor.

Manners did not rule out further acquisitions and said that Argyll

Consultancies’ OFEX listing (PR Week, 3 December 1999) would help raise

funds.
