A slew of top scores has ensured Staniforth PR’s position in the

sun. The agency, which had the joint second highest overall mark, gained

a perfect score for the level of its industry recognition on the back of

its membership of two PR organisations, plus a knack for winning

awards.

Investment in staff training, generous employee benefits and frequent

appraisals helped the agency along, as did its commitment to quality

benchmarks and evaluation systems.

Clients were delighted with the agency in all areas. Staniforth was

praised for its consistency of account handlers, as well as the time

spent on the account by senior management. It gained high marks for its

quality of ideas, results and service, and the agency clearly impressed

with its ability to meet deadlines and pitch promises. The only very

slight dip in performance involved writing skills, though this did not

deflect from an overall high mark in the nuts and bolts section. From a

strategic point of view, Staniforth scored well in targeting audiences

and meeting set business objectives.

Clients were generous in their praise, quoting Staniforth’s

’flexibility’ and ’ability to deliver on time’. One client remarked:

’They are very results orientated and very good listeners. They give

excellent advice.’
