fulsome in their praise for staff, particularly concerning the agency’s

As a hi-tech specialist, Firefly has ensured new technology is part of

its infrastructure and has put key quality assurances in place. It also

takes its own marketing seriously, benefiting from a dedicated marketing

manager, and it has won a number of industry awards. Business

performance was also excellent. The agency uses external and internal

evaluation methods, giving good quality marks.



Firefly might be disappointed it did not score higher in meeting pitch

promises. Dips in performance were only recorded for oral skills and

research, while the overall high score for evaluation counterbalanced a

comparatively low score regarding influence with opinion formers.



One client said it would welcome being nagged a little more on

deadlines, as Firefly was so easygoing. Other agencies did better in

terms of quality of ideas and results, but Firefly scored very good

marks for service and levels of proactivity.
