did fall down a little on influence with opinion formers. Pitching seems
to be another area of strength, with high marks for meeting promises of

The nuts and bolts score shows the agency has the fundamentals in place,
although it was marked down on research and some clients felt it should
be more willing to give tough advice.
Overall client satisfaction was high, with performance deemed by the
majority to have improved.
