BORDER LINES: O’Neachtain joins Gallagher and Kelly

DUBLIN: Irish PR agency Gallagher and Kelly has hired Eoghan O’Neachtain, former press and PR chief for the Irish Defence Forces, to beef up its crisis management capacity. O’Neachtain, who started late last month as business development director, has been with the Irish military since 1995, advising the chief of staff on all media and PR matters. Reporting to agency chief Jackie Gallagher, O’Neachtain’s appointment brings the agency’s staff total to 15.
