BORDER LINES: Rueth to leave Ogilvy for in-house

NEW YORK: Nancy Rueth, head of Ogilvy PR’s New York office, is leaving the firm at the end of the month after more than seven years. CEO Bob Seltzer’s reaction to the news was said to be ’surprised, but supportive’. Rueth is thought to be considering moving into an in-house post as well as further consultancy work. Her role in the New York office will be filled in the short-term by Ogilvy’s Washington DC managing director Marcia Silverman and global business heads Kym White, Mark Curran and Paul Hicks.

NEW YORK: Nancy Rueth, head of Ogilvy PR’s New York office, is

leaving the firm at the end of the month after more than seven years.

CEO Bob Seltzer’s reaction to the news was said to be ’surprised, but
