Flack: Flack

1. There comes a time in a man's life when he has to embrace his inner George Clooney.

But not for former British world champion and Olympic swimmer Mark Foster. Silver fox Foster has teamed with The Prostate Cancer Charity and Storm PR client Just For Men to promote Grey Away Day, build awareness of prostate cancer and raise funds for the charity. Strange that Duncan Goodhew never got the call though?

2 Love was in the air for Londoners last week when Midas PR started a global search for romance scribes for client Mills & Boon. An event, to launch the publisher's New Voices talent search, encouraged poetic members of the public to pen ditties to their loved ones, which would be displayed in Camden teashop Yumchaa. Even traffic wardens got in on the act because they have hearts too, apparently.

3 PRCA members will soon be given the chance to walk in the footsteps of Cheryl Cole, Alesha Dixon, Gary Barlow and Chris Moyles, by trekking up Mount Kilimanjaro for the Leonard Cheshire Disability charity. However, this time the glamour will be provided by Loretta Tobin, chief executive of Grayling UK & Republic of Ireland, and David Gallagher, president of Ketchum Pleon.
