Technology: Village picks up Casio task

Casio has brought in Village Press as its consumer agency for the launch of the Casio G-Shock Premium watch range.

The three-month contract will see Village Press communicate the launch through a combination of traditional PR and digital/social media channels.

Village Press will have responsibility for raising the brand's profile among premium consumers. The campaign starts with a launch event this week to support Casio G-Shock retailer Goldsmiths.

The watch will also be stocked in leading retailers Selfridges, Liberty of London and Rox.
