The panel of 'bright young things' were selected from the 2009 CIPR PRide Award and 2010 CIPR Excellence Award shortlists for Outstanding Young Communicator.

Those chosen will input into the body's development of professional activities, have access to mentors, connect with students and offer support and advice to other young comms professionals.

Pickle Jar Communications director, Tracey Playle, will lead the group.

She said: 'We work well with early stage practitioners and students, but we are keen to ensure tomorrow’s leaders have a voice and a mechanism to influence PR policy and other issues that impact the future of our profession.'
