STOP PRESS: Incepta plans European acquisition spree

Citigate Dewe Rogerson parent company Incepta plans to buy investor relations and PR agencies in the US, Scandinavia, Italy and Holland. Reporting the firm’s six-monthly results to August, Incepta chairman Bob Morton said the sale of its share in Lopex to Havas last July had freed up pounds 10.9 million to strengthen its PR brand through acquisition.
