The UK’s largest fax and sewing machines supplier, Brother UK, has
ended its 14-year relationship with QBO and appointed Staniforth to its
consumer, trade and sponsorship support brief.
The pounds 85 million turnover office equipment manufacturer cited a
desire for a more local offering as one reason for switching the

Ian Haworth, Staniforth’s London managing director, said both offices
would work towards gaining its new client ’the profile it deserves’.
Staniforth’s first task will be to raise awareness of the Brother UK
brand in the office and home markets. As well as faxes and sewing
machines the portfolio includes office products such as word processors
and printers in addition to labelling devices.
A special campaign is also being devised to make Brother’s sewing
machines appeal to a wider audience.
