Hill and Knowlton has appointed former BA internal communications
head, Lindsay Eynon, to become director of its own internal
According to Eynon, the newly created position is an attempt by the
agency to add another specialisation to its overall offering.
’I will be responsible for establishing and developing an internal
communications consultancy to both existing and potential clients,’ she
H&K already provides an internal communications offering to some
clients, including Tesco and Shell Exploration, under the corporate
communications division, but it is now establishing a separate
Eynon’s team will include six consultants who already have expertise
working on internal as well as external communications on H&K’s
corporate campaigns. She is also seeking to appoint a core team expected
to number six consultants.
’The key elements behind our offering will include developing corporate
reputation from inside a client, supporting the development of
e-commerce from within and change management,’ said Eynon.
