Merseyside-based Glen Dimplex Home Appliances (GDHA) has switched its support from two-year incumbent Lucre. The account is believed to be worth six figures.

GDHA’s brands include British-made household cooking names Belling, Stoves and New World.

All of the consumer and trade PR for the four brands will move into Umpf, which was founded by former Lucre board director Adrian Johnson 12 months ago.

In addition, Umpf will be providing social media campaigns across the portfolio of brands.

GDHA sales and marketing director Jonathan Casley said: ‘The time was right for us to refresh our PR support, enhance the creativity and bring in social media campaign support.  Adrian originally won the account and we’re looking forward to working with the Umpf team to build on past successes.’
