Hispanic web portal StarMedia is on the hunt for its third PR agency in three years after ending its year-long link with Alexander Ogilvy. The portal is also building up its internal PR capabilities and moving more strategic decisions in-house. ’We’re looking for consumer experience and an agency which understands the cultural nuances of Latin America and the US Hispanic market,’ said a company spokesperson. The account covers PR for Periscopio, an information portal for Spanish speakers, Spanish language online community LatinRed, and local Chilean portal OpenChile.
