Shandwick International has won the PR account for Global Sportnet,
which buys and sells TV rights for European football. The brief includes
media relations, developing the client’s internet presence and analysing
its corporate identity. Shandwick is the first external PR agency to be
employed since Global Sportnet was formed in 1995. The retained account
will be led by account director Wolfgang Lang, reporting to the client’s
managing director Thomas Martens.
