The deal is not an equity purchase, but involves EETC’s staff moving into Edelman’s Brussels office and the two agencies sharing existing clients from Edelman’s Bacardi and Levis to EETC’s Siemens and US energy giant Enron. Eric Vaes, EETC managing director, becomes chairman of Edelman Brussels. The agency’s existing head, managing director Constance Kann is leaving the company in April.
