Adidas recruits Steve Marks from Hill & Knowlton for senior PR manager role

Sports brand Adidas has hired Steve Marks as senior PR manager for its sports performance division.

Marks joins the brand from his role as associate director at Hill & Knowlton. During his time at the agency he worked on the Adidas account for 4 years.

At Adidas, Marks will be responsible for all PR activity across the sports performance category including, football, cricket, running and London 2012.

He will report to head of PR for UK & Ireland, Sarah Gower.

Some of Adidas’ assets within this category include Chelsea and Liverpool Football Clubs, the England cricket team, and individuals including Andy Murray, Steven Gerrard, Frank Lampard and Stuart Broad.
