MEDIA: BRIEFS - FT launches Saturday business supplement

The Financial Times this week launched its new Saturday magazine, called The Business, dedicated to entrepreneurial culture and edited by Julia Cuthbertson. The magazine has been designed to showcase what goes on inside institutions and companies, and will profile individuals and businesses with a twist. The broadsheet is also planning a new personal finance section on Wednesdays. The expansion of the Financial Times’ activities coincides with a 12 per cent year-on-year increase in worldwide circulation.
