STOP PRESS: United News lures C4’s Robertson

United News and Media, Britain’s biggest media owner, has poached Channel 4’s corporate affairs head Sue Robertson to run communications at its broadcasting arm. United Broadcasting and Entertainment owns Meridian, Anglian and HTV, and a 29 per cent stake in Channel 5. Robertson will be responsible for public affairs, corporate PR and programme publicity.

She replaces public affairs director Simon Albury and press head John

Brissenden.
