Border Lines: Olsen replaces Hueze at UNICEF

GENEVA - UNICEF’s (United Nations Children’s Fund) spokesman and chief of communications, Marie Heuze, has been promoted to head the United Nations’ office of information at its European headquarters in Geneva. Heuze has been replaced by Hans Olsen, previously a communications officer at UNICEF, who now reports to UNICEF regional director Steve Woodhouse. Prior to joining Unicef, Heuze was press attache at the French Embassy in London and later at the Elysee Palace where she worked for former president Valery Giscard d’Estaing.
