BORDER LINES: Coca-Cola seeks communicator

ATLANTA: Coca-Cola is searching for a chief communications officer to operate at vice-president level and report to public affairs director Carl Ware. The vacancy came about when corporate communications vice-president Randy Donaldson was reassigned during last winter’s management shake-up. Donaldson is now executive assistant to the company’s North American president Ralph Cooper. The new CCO will be asked to develop an overall communications strategy that deals with corporate reputation, brand presence and message development.
