first European edition in December.

It is part of an expansion into Europe for publisher Red Herring

Communications.

The title has appointed Ken Cukier as international editor, and will

have a UK cover and European content.

Cukier was editor at Communications Week International in Paris. He has

moved back to London to take on the Red Herring role and is recruiting

freelancers.

The monthly magazine is seen as the internet bible in the US. Launched

175,000 by March next year.

The company also has a web-based news service and runs conferences.
