PUBLIC SECTOR: Tuchner replaces Benham at CSV

CSV (Community Service Volunteers), the national volunteer charity, has appointed Jonathan Tuchner as its new head of press, replacing Murray Benham. Tuchner says his main challenge at CSV is increasing the profile of the charity in order to encourage more people to get involved in voluntary work. He reports to head of corporate affairs Roger Mortlock. Tuchner comes from a five-month posting as acting head of press and PR at the Museum of London, before which he worked at the International Save The Children Alliance.
