The PRCA has presented its inaugural Outstanding Young PR

Professional award to the Red Consultancy’s Daisy Turville-Petre.

Turville-Petre, a 25-year-old account manager at Red, won the award

against competition from staff at Harrison Cowley, Countrywide Porter

Novelli and Shine Communications.

The award has been established by FrontLine, the PRCA’s committee of

account executives and managers which promotes involvement in the PRCA

among the younger employees of PRCA member agencies.

Turville-Petre won the award in part for her role in the invention of

Red’s internet-based in-house evaluation system, RED.heat.

She was nominated by Red managing director Lesley Brend, who described

her star employee as ’the Boadicea of evaluation’.
