STOP PRESS: Boots splits public affairs responsibility

The Boots Company has split its public affairs account following an eight-way competitive pitch (PR Week, 21 August). Five-year incumbent GJW will continue to work for Boots in the areas of planning, transport and local government. Healthcare policy and other aspects of Boots’ public affairs will be handled by Hill and Knowlton, although GJW director David Taylor will continue to advise Boots on health policy alongside H&K.
