The PR division of communications and technology headhunters

Pricejamieson has split to set up alone with business worth pounds

800,000.

Price Trace Hawes (PTH) is the result of an amicable split with

70-strong Pricejamieson, one of the three largest PR headhunters. The

agencies will continue to share offices until the tenancy contract runs

out next year.

The demerger has been driven by Neville Price, co-founder of

Pricejamieson 17 years ago, who has traded his shares in the

organisation to create PTH.

The PTH team will consist of seven consultants, including managing

director Neville Price and board directors Libby Trace and Sophie Hawes.

PTH also employs a team assistant.

’Everyone involved already worked for Pricejamieson, although Sophie and

I are now equity directors, whereas before we were managers,’ said

Trace.

PTH clients include The Red Consultancy, Burson-Marsteller and

Shandwick.

In-house clients include Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, Weight Watchers and

One2One.

The two remaining directors at Pricejamieson, Ann Jamieson and Andrew

Swift, have assumed the roles of joint managing directors.
