Interactive digital broadcaster Open has chosen Consolidated Communications to handle consumer PR for the launch of its digital satellite TV service (PR Week, 26 March). Open’s previous consumer agency was Bell Pottinger Good Relations. Bell Pottinger Consultants and Financial continue to handle Open’s corporate and financial PR.
