STOP PRESS: Photocopying licence agreed with CLA

A licence to pay for copying books, magazines, journals and periodicals is now available from the Copyright Licensing Agency (CLA). The license was agreed after negotiations between the CLA, the PRCA and the IPR. The fee varies according to how many copies are made of any given article per professional employee per year.
