BORDER LINES: BRUSSELS - ECCIR merges into Logos Europe

Jose Lalloum, who quit GPC Market Access Europe last March to set up the European Centre for Complex Issues Resolution (ECCIR), has merged his business into a new public affairs consultancy, Logos Europe. Logos will offer a public affairs service and help businesses to set up interest groups. ECCIR is a consultancy which advises groups of European trade associations or federations on how to increase their lobbying strength by negotiating common aims. Lalloum has joined forces with Frederic Soudain, a partner in public affairs agency B&W Partners, and general secretary of Yes for Europe, an association of pro-European businesses.
