Grayling has appointed Gabrielle Pursey as director of its Glasgow

operation, one of seven regional offices.

She replaces Peter Clarke, who left last summer to return to

journalism.

He now writes for the Sunday Times and the Wall Street Journal.

Pursey will oversee a team of three and report to Grayling managing

director Nigel Kennedy. He and London-based director Alison Miles have

been responsible for the Scottish office since Clarke’s departure.

Before joining Grayling Pursey ran her own marketing consultancy from

home. She has worked in marketing and PR for seven years, including a

time as chief executive of Sydney-based PR agency Talking Point, and as

an account director with consultancy John Brace and Associates.
