Harrison Cowley has won a consumer PR account from AG Stanley to
run programmes for its two brands, Homestyle and FADS home stores.
Cheshire-based AG Stanley has asked the agency to raise the profile of
the two brands following the recent appointment of its chief executive,
David Medcalf. Harrison Cowley’s media work will focus on home interest
titles and women’s magazines.
Medcalf said: ’We have plans to open new stores and launch new products
so we were looking for a consultancy with home interest experience which
could offer regional support.’
AG Stanley wants to become more closely associated with the Homestyle
brand which has 200 stores in the UK. The more down-market FADS has
around 100 stores.
